Construction site safety: document review

As part of the WSIC project, GDS Ingegneria has taken on the management of the entire document workflow related to construction site safety for the contractors of the contracting company carrying out the civil engineering works.

We have checked the DVR and POS documentation of all partner companies and continuously monitored their technical and professional suitability (ITP) to ensure full compliance with the company’s safety standards and the EHS regulations required by the site manager and the client.

Our team organises regular meetings, security audits and on-site inspections, ensuring that every procedure is clear, up to date, and correctly implemented.
This ongoing monitoring has been at the heart of our approach to managing interference risks and preventing accidents.

Operational supervision and drafting of safety documents

Throughout all stages of the project, GDS Ingegneria ensures close operational supervision, intervening in real time to prevent hazardous situations and keep operations running smoothly.

GDS assists its partners in preparing the documentation required for the drafting and approval of work permits by the WSIC site safety and coordination office. It also prepares and reviews the safety documentation for partner companies (PIMUS, lifting plans, procedures for work at height, demolition plans, etc.), ensuring they can carry out their activities on site in accordance with LD 81/08 and the site’s Safety Coordination Plan (PSC).

This approach ensures that partner contractors can operate in conditions that guarantee the full safety of their workers, without incurring reports of non-compliance, and by distinguishing themselves through the best practices they adopt, thereby consolidating a model of collaboration based on prevention and continuous improvement.
This continuous monitoring remains at the heart of risk management and accident prevention at work.
