The role of the Safety Coordinator during the execution phase

In this project, the team led by Giuseppe Distefano has taken on the role of Safety Coordinator during the design and construction phases (CSP/CSE), ensuring full compliance with LD 81/08.

Every project — from the refurbishment of the industrial building to the fit-out of the BMW showroom — was planned and supervised to ensure comprehensive site safety management.

During the design phase, our team developed an integrated safety plan to anticipate risks and potential conflicts among the various works.

During the construction phase, the Safety Coordinator oversaw coordination between companies, craftsmen and technicians, ensuring operational continuity and maximum risk prevention.

Thanks to a collaborative approach and constant on-site supervision, we ensured that every technical decision met the highest occupational safety standards required by an international brand such as BMW.

Management of interference and operational oversight of work phases
