In the heart of Catania, surrounded by historic buildings and bustling streets, we managed the construction of a modern residential complex on Via Cervignano, overseeing every phase in compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08.

Through continuous geotechnical monitoring, we were able to intervene promptly in case of any changes in stability parameters, maintaining maximum safety conditions throughout the execution.
This work demonstrates, in a concrete way, how the Safety Operational Plan (POS) is an indispensable tool for managing the complexity of urban construction sites.
